Nissan Murano 2005 CVT

I have a Nissan Murano 2005 model with a CVT issue, dtc is P1700. Car runs perfect on top speed and gears select well but once i decelerates or stop and then try moving again, it jerks vigorously and at times will not accelerate. Car stalls and idles. If i shut off gas and restart car it works alright again.

P1700 cvt control system this dtc is displayed with other dtc regarding tcm.
You must read out transmission fault codes to properly troubleshoot
