ZF 5 HP 19 (01V) tiptronic gearbox tuning

Hello,is it possibile to tune tiptronic gearbox 5HP19 (5-speed) find in Audi A6 Avant 2.5 TDI V6 132 kW 2001? I cant find protocol for reading this gearbox with alientech.

Is there a tool for reading this TCM?
