Hello, I need to immo off this ecu: 0281011525 PSA Peugeot 206 HDI

I've tried Ecuvonix, Meucci, Aetool solutions in eeprom and don't work,
Flash solution in these softs replaces all the file with different SW and car starts without rpm on dash and other problems,

Is there a way to immo off from eeprom only? or in flash without replacing firmware??

I attached both eeprom and flash readings,
