Error wake up kess v2 clon some protocols

good morning, a few days ago my kess stopped working it did not recognize any ecu and it threw wake up error, I managed to create a new sd through a tutorial and it worked with some protocols but for edc15p that I have written many ecus like this with this kess it keeps throwing error wake up. can anybody help me? my pcb is red.

try reinstall usb drivers from ksuite you using, or if it still dont work install updates of protocols.

I have installed protocol updates, it still does not work, I will reinstall drivers although it is strange because I have managed to read a fiat grande punto 1.3 multijet but instead any vag 1.9 tdi edc15p throws wake up error
