0L15Y CAS3 EWS4 into EWS3 mode

Hello,

I swapped ECU from EDC17(SK) to EDC16(short ISN). Could someone modify the EEPROM to disable EWS4 and turn this unit into EWS3 mode or tell what address need to change?

I also have another CAS3 0L15Y which has no keys but is operating in EWS3(EDC16) mode and should be older sw(unencrypted).
Maybe someone can decrypt my original CAS with ECU eeprom dump(EDC17CP09 / N57) and copy key information to this new CAS? Unfortunately the tools i have can only decrypt ISN but not full dump. Or maybe someone can point towards affordable tool for cas dump decrypt?
