mitsubishi L200 93c56 dump

I have a problem with this cluster that the km is stuck at 60,000 km and speedo doesn't move,i noticed the RL56 eeprom has been removed before and 2 of the legs look quite fragile so i will replace it,can anyone tell me if this dump looks ok and if so please up the km to 198,500
