Hi,
I have here a Toyota Land Cruiser 2020 with AKL. Customer need TWO keys. I have KH100 with Toyota AKL subscription, 2 FT11-H0410C keys, one used unlocked orginal Toyota key (P4 A8, should work with this car). My first idea was to program one FT11 to the car. This worked with KH100, AKL subscription without any problems. To here I was very happy with it.
I thought I can program now an original toyota key to the car. For this I use techstream or any other key programmer. Procedure is clear for me. I often do that. But I didnt know, that I can not use the programmed FT11 (as "Generate Smart Key") for key programming, no beep at start butten (confirmation of programmed key). Some research google. OK, I have to program FT11 by "Generate Emergency Key". If I understand all found information correctly, this means, that emergency key is not fully working. No remote, no keyless, but should be able to start the car by holding to start button and learn original keys by normal key learning procedure? Is this understood correctly by me?
Of course I already tested this. Resetted the FT11 by pressing buttonīs and tried to program it by "Generate Emergency key". Mostly KH100 says "Generate Success", sometime "Server Calcalation Error". With Generate Success the key has no function. Can NOT start the car. Can not be used for programming keys.
Then my next idea was just program 2 FT11 by "Generate Smart Key". But KH100 programs both on same key positions, so only on 1 remote is working. The car has 4 programmed keys, but all lost. If I choose "Do you have working key?" -> "Yes" during "Generate Smart Key"-procedure, KH100 can not read the first programmed FT11, because it is not original Toyota key.
Any Solution???
