Hi All!
Arrived in my garage a VW Polo with EGR issues.
I cleaned EGR+Pipe+C. Head EGR channel+Throttle Body, not solved.
I Relpaced all seals in intake system+PCV valve, Replace EVAP valve. Same result...EGR
I Replaced a new one AM EGR valve, then new MAP Sensor but some result... I bought a used one OEM Pierburg EGR valve, but result is bad. Everytime "P0402 excessive Flow"
If I blocked EGR channel DTC was changed to "P0401 insufficient Flow".
Everytime I tried set Readiness with VCDS without succes.
I dont have enough patiente now!:mad-new:
Somebody can help me EGR off this ecu?
