tested but now i have no comms,is it possible to repair my own dump as i feel it may be corrupt due to a bad read,

you need a donor ecu yours is junk (internal error )

Can you tell me if my original dump has any crc errors or does the data appear to be good.

this eeprom is already after Bad synchro repair

excellent work, yes you were right it turned out that someone had tried to code injectors with mpps before,with your file i initially had df537 pressure sensor but that was only a configuration on aircon, just have a small issue now with timing as it has rough idle,

i spoke too soon,van starts,idles rough and then cuts out and returns fault df038,the only other change is that the egr was removed and deleted recently,maybe flash is bad too?s/w version is 1037388163 if anyone has it,here's a copy of my flash

you only have eeprom do you also have flash because it is different SW than in the old one

i think this was from a opel movano with automatic transmission,so won't be suitable for this van?,do i have to swap flash and eeprom?

if it is for an automatic transmission, it will not be for a manual transmission

Okay thanks for the information, I thought if it was put to virgin then all options would need to be re-coded, if the dump you fixed for me is 100% then I must have problems elsewhere, what are your thoughts as I'm unsure of my next steps. Even if I buy another ecu with the same numbers it's not necessarily going to have the same s/w version?
