i am newbie, want to reset bcm module of ford ranger, its lockednow, cant reset anymo

i am newbie to progrramer and eppromm world, but i can learn fastly,
i have ford ranger 2015 and this week headlight trouble started,

while i was trying some other ways, now bcmi module never accept to reset it self, all error codes locked, no way to reset by diganostics device (forscan etc)

i see it needs epprom fixing / reset to re-live ,

question is ) 1) which programmer / reader / writer device should i buy to read its eppromm ,
i dont want to pay too much high, but need original good one, for future? uses. (can you offer with web links maybe? )

question 2) does software of d-flash or others come with device? or need to buy alone, do i ned to pay for licence?

after i buy device, i will try to read the epprom , and if have question , i will write in here.

you must buy "upa programmer" or "vvdi-prog" to read D-flash file (32kb size file) from mc9s12xep768, then post your file here and I will solve your problem for free.

do you have any reseller web site or contact for programmer , and d flash program coming with device? or extra need to suply?
