Airbag passat dtc problem

Hello friends, i have a ecu of srs broken for water into ecu, then in diagnostic have a error u0003 system error. software of eeprom is corrupted.
yo buy other ecu in demolition car for clone it, but dtc p00003 still.
Is the 3C0909605M unit 25lc640 eeprom

The scrap unit is ok without dtc but with another coding. I write clear file on this unit and still dtc 00003 .The new unit is hardware 100% ok the problem is in eeprom file

I don't have the car here, it's far away. I'm connecting the module to the table to test files. If the file is ok, the dtc00003 has to be deleted. If I write the file that came from demolition car , the 00003 disappears but this file does not fit my car.
