delphi vci ds100 atmel tiny 45 at90ls2343

does anybody know which is a good programmer for the atmel tiny 45 at90ls2343 as found in the autocom/cmtpro/delphi vci's i have checked and read the 93lc46b but there dosn't seem to have any relevent data to the vci's serial next step is the atmel.
