Sky Sports Pausing

i was just watching sky sports 3 and the screen picture paused and then came back on a few secs later and it is starting to happen more than a few times do you know what the problem could be?

More than likely signal related. Reconnect all your coax and see if it improves.

The weather is really bad where I am, this might also be a factor, even though most of it is underground.
