sync cas 2 with dme bmw

Hello, can someone help me to synchronize the CAS 2 with the DME. It is new CAS because the original is broken. The INS and the VIN have already changed but the car turns but does not start.
it is a bmw e87 2.0 model 2007

DME 0 261 208 540 ME 9.2
