Passat B7 USA 5c0 959 655 AB 5WK44874 Crash

Hi i need cleared eeprom.
After fixing the faults i got 10485910 - Internal Control Module Memory Check Sum Error
Can't erase the errors due to Conditions not correct.

i just realize that i did'n screw the module in place and there is no ground to the module.
i will try again and report.

it cleared previous dtc's but the B200096 still remains, module still locked

Is the module for this car itself? B200096 is it related to airbag ECU or something else?

it is original to the car.
i bought the car for me and it was crashed whit airbags deployed.
i started replacing the airbags and clearing the dtc's, everything was ok until i fix the last airbag.
than the airbag module gave me B200096 DTC and i was no longer able to clear the DTC's.

It is not working.
The module is fine, i also have second tested module from jetta.
i'm testing dumps on both modules - same results.
if i upload the jetta dump i get module from different vehicle and wrong coding, i'm able to clear dtc's light goes out for a second and then comes back whit the same errors, other problem is that the module is one time coding only.


i tested dump from Jetta from the same module and copy paste parts, i figured out that the B200096 error is written in the section between 0x4f0 and 0xc73.


if i copy from 0x000 to 0x4f0 and from 0xC73 till the end i still get B200096, but if i copy from 0x4f0 till 0xc73 i get vehicle from different vehicle and no B200096.
but is i said before the module is one time programmable.

In my humble opinion you are playing with fire be it for your car or for someone else.
and the module is adaptable to the car.

Doesn't mater if it is cleared or not (just not to have DTC B200096).
