vw crafter edc16cp34-4 checksum error

I read ecu of vw crafter (Bosch 0281014134 074 906 032 AS hw 000 153 37 79 edc16cp34-4,4) with k-tag, when i want to save backup, soft show "checksum error send the software vendor the backup file", write is impossible, i need help please, thanks a lot

bad sw in ecu or try reinstall VISUAL C++

had the same issue earlier needed to install C++ redist from the ktag directory
