i have a tacho universal and now i need to change the odometer of a mercedes c-klass from 1994, i need to use the 21 cable but this cable is without the connectors, where can i buy a complete cable with connectors, its for motometer golf 3 and mercedes c-klasse w202 old model.

OK, so the pdf is the pdf you have posted above - Mercedes C.pdf. I thing the little connector (on the right) is for golf 3. Diga menu - Golf 3, Motometter, Diagnosis, SW 4.0- .

same problem for me. I dont found Cable VW GOLF3+MB C-CLASS OLD with full connectors nowhere.

where I can buy only this 3 connectors?

Sorry i dont think you will find it with connector but here is the scheme it may help you

For this lead i used also this pdf,my lead was finished,but no connectors.

So i toked an connector from Golf 3 Dash on wreckige for power connector and wired up as described.

To the Programmer connector:

I opened dash(one to throw away after)....unmount an BDM100 Pad from EVC MED9xx(has about 30mm long pins with springs.

Soldered Spring pins to dash( take care of axact angle to improve later work)
put together dash,after putting lot of vaseline aroud program adapter hole in dashback.

Take hotglue pistol and filled around the 3 pins,let it cold down and dismount all.

Maybee you have to destroy back of dash,to not destroy your own createt programming port connector,unsloder the pins with hotair....some...pull off and make some "makeup"on selfmade connector,to make it work well(easy entry in off dash)

Done,next dash will take 20 seconds to be done once it sout of car:top:

For sure,when you have diga consult,but not with tacho universal...blank leads M8:laugh:

I had today Golf 3, 96year, Motometer 4.5, I followed by pdf cable schematics and nothing. This Motometer cable should have 3 socket. Power socket (4 cables), 4 Pin socket (3 cables), 3rd socket (5 cables). For this Golf I need connected just power socket and 4 pin socket.
Tacho showing just "??????" on screen, type in new miles, approved ok and going back to main list.
Clocks in car showing old mileage.
Any idea what is wrong lads??

Other question is, when are you using i.e. Scorpio cable with Tacho your red cables has a +12v ???
Have you ever check that??
Always tacho should powered on the clocks??
On my 912 cables is +12v (on red ones) but on Scorpio not
So when Im doing Mondeo by 912 cable clock switch on (can see miles on cluster) but when doing Fiesta 01 and Scorpio cable clock is dead all the time. Thats normal??
