Bmw bike bw9

Today open and remove cilindar lock from bmw bike bagage box with bw9 key. I have wafers number but condor xc mini want cut this key. Are there some trick or this machine cant do it?
Machine version 6.5.8

you need to decode the fuel lock or ignition switch for full code

I know that. I put numbers at missed wafers. Simply machine want start cut. Some probe at key and stop.

Sorry I don't understand what are you trying to do ?

the BW9TE keys are 4 cuts each side and 3 depths
if you know some of the cuts enter them in IC and get the cutting tree for the missing cuts

I did it. Machine want cut any dephts.
Now understend my problem?
Looking its question for xhorse enginiers.

I cut them all the time on the Xhorse Dolphin without any probs

Everything looks good on the screen
the only thing different to mine is the cutter I use a 1.5 mm & your using a 2.5mm

change it to a 1.5mm see if the machine allows you to start to cut

on the Dolphin it tells you to change the cutter with certain key profiles

Fail is put key. For me looking problem is in high key position. Tried put plastick part under key which i do when cut keys foe renault cards but same. Xhorse enginer still no answering at my request.

Strange but this morning working with plastic part under blade. Tried this way wasn't cut. Haven't coment. Some magic.

Today I needed to cut this BW9 BMW motorcycle key on Xhorse Dolphin. Machine was calibrated fine but for some reason, it barely cut this blade type, I mean I needed to set +0.3mm depth to cut it like it should. Is this some bug or what?

Is it just this key or are you having problems with BW9TE or other keys

error 35 is a calibration issue the probe it to low
below the cutter height

Other keys its cutting fine so far, only this was problematyczne. There was bo any error sign

Yes the key is 100% good (JMA) it work perfectly in the lock but just needed to add + 0.3mm depth. Not sure why because machine was even recalibrated before trying to cut it
