Citroen Berlingo BSI not starting

Hello mates,

I have a BSI with the following reference

I can´t read info with different tools...only was able to read FLASH(find attached)...maybe info corrupt? I would like to try a good dump with software signature 1D.C7, if someone please can share?

When trying to read PIN with AVDI, it shows this...only allow me to read FLASH which i compared with one from the forum and they are the same. Anyone can help me with this? any ideas?
