Working but got faulty, pas electrical fault,

the dump needs to start with the same few numbers, there are three different virgin dumps. (think yours does)
The column could be faulty, use a used clio 3 before 2009 to be safe. (get the steering shaft with it.)
check the fuses on the pos side of the battery, they crack with people putting jump leads on sometimes.
Try reprog steering parameters with clip.

not working DF048 in UCH and car wont start,i used albertros dump and managed to get the car started .thanks for your time mate
