Mazda 6 2.2 170hp skyactiv 2013 writing problem

just wondering if anyone has seen this problem before

Kess v2 reads ok but when writing the dash switches off when kess prepares file for writing

Magpro2 x17 reads ok but says incorrect file when writing even if trying to write original



any ideas please

car is keyless but pretty sure this isnt the issue
