2019 Dodge Charger pursuit AKL pin read failed HELP!

Hi guys i need your HELP
2019 Charger all key lost 2 locksmith try to make key no luck
can access - number of keys 0. first time i can read pin says 77777 couldn't add key ,
after that says pin read fail Checked all wires all good what could be issue ?

Put in google: TSB 08-181-21 and RFHUB . It is likely reason.

Can you give us more details about SW number from your RFHUB? Which tool did you use?

Hi there sw number:11.2d.11
i got rdhub from dealer brand new I’m try to read password with Propad with both rfhub says 77777. I’m using for diagnostics dealer tool witech. No any codes stored in original rfhub.
even I can’t program through the dealer soft.
manual says before programming the new rfhub add key then do the programming.
I am assuming BCM is bad . I need your help .
in system has 8 dtc related to light bulbs and etc.
also looks like active alarm

Can you read 9s12 from both RFHUBs flash+e2? Then I can say a bit more.

I found Lickety Split can solved this issue I used them on a SRT swap 2022 Charger and it was affordable too here is there whatsapp xxxxxxxxxxx
