Does 2006 V70 IMMO ring need programing?

2006 Volvo V70 customer had theft attempt and replaced steering column but doesn't have original. Is immo ring or anything else in that area married to original vehicle? Thank you.

Customer says steering column was swapped and original is missing. Would the antenna ring, or possibly any other module, attached to the steering column need programing? Thank you.

Thanks for the input super jumbe. Two other's have said no, and that CEM is the only module married to the vehicle in regards to the immo. Just gonna send it, will update if it does not work out.

It worked. Eep got corrupted because for some reason autel read it as 93c86a instead of b. Had to rewrite bin as B with vvdi prog and then was all good. This job took me 5 hours. Had to take cem out 4-5 times before I realized what was wrong. :) LLocksmiff.
