Volvo S80 lost keys problem!

Hi

I have volvo s80 my1999

All key lost, now no crank, no start
I readed CEM flash (intel 28f400) and engine ecu (24c04)
I have carprog, but not clear repair steps.
I must repair first damaged CEM dump or i can use directly for carprog?
When i open my dump with carprog, show me VIN number, but crypto key field empty (all zero)
I have new megamos48 transponder chip too.

After make good 28f400 dump and id48 chip, i must sync CEM-ECU, as i readed

Someone write me step by step instructions?
