Bmw 320D EDC16C1 Injector driver

Hello everybody, anyone knows what type of mosfet is the injector driver in this ecu?
I have one ecu with shorted mosfet between drain and source on injector 1 .


Ecu is 0281011122 DDE7794624 EDC16C1
