BMW 316Ti Compact, 2003 - Speed limiter 30km/h - Gets a push

Hi,

I have a BMW 316Ti Compact, 2003 that speed is set to 27km/h (30km/h on dash).
Wich should be maximum but sometimes the car gets a "push" and accelerate by itself 2-3 km over the 30km/h limit.

ECU is ME9.2.

Can someone have a look and see if something is wrong please ?

Problem solved by setting rpm limit as well.
