nissan terrano dashboard problem

hi mates, i need your help about problem nissan terrano year 99 with dashboard magneti marelli ref 24810-0x011, when car run 2 km,,, the odometer stays in stripes, but odometer count 2km more,,,,, but when desconneted battery,the stripes disapear and the odometer stops marking those two kilometres that we drive.
