2016 Toyota Hiace 2KD V-max

I need help to increase the speed limit or remove it from this vehicle ecu.
The current V-max in ECu that I found show 170Km/h ( adress 08CE6) , but
the vehicle limits at 100 Km/h

i can do this but full read required and this read is small , normally they files are 4mg you file are only 512b
