Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI 2006 - EEPROM FAULT/ID UNREGISTERED

Hi,
I have a Ford Focus 1.6 TDCI 2006, does not start. Nothing happens when I to start the car.
It has these errors, on PCM and IC, and the ones that stand out to me are:


P1603-62 EEPROM Fault/ID Number Unregistered
P1602-61 Immobilizer Module - PCM
And on IC:
U1900-60 and U2510-60 CAN Communication Bus-Error


Does anyone know how to fix?
I tried with Launch to "register ECU" but I have the error:
There is no Outcode Stored in the PCM

I also have Forscan if needed.


Should I do resoldering on the IC be as specific to Ford?
