Peugeot 406 2.0 HDI reached 999.999km - need 0km

I have Peugeot 406 2.0 HDI instrument cluster VDO part number 9630372780.
This is a Taxi car and it reached 999.999km.
After this cluster shows 0 km and does not count.

After I finish cluster I will also modify BSI to have 0 km.

Inside dash is eeprom 93c66, I read 16 bits mode.

Can someone help and modify this file ?

Hi adres $0000 to $000F put FF km should be 00.
