I have Grand Cherokee 2005 AKL. Motorola MC68HC908AZ32A chip. The key was with attached separate remote on it.
I went second time today and no joy.
Everything I have say " programming success" but, the key never written to skim.
I dump skim and wrote xhorse super chip to it with two different machines but still immo light on. The diagnose say " transponder communication failure"
A the moment not sure to give up it or keep continue

I think the later cars with fobik key.
Like 2007, have ELV/ESL.
I suspect that this one.
Might need to have some kind of the immo syncro, included.
So if this have problem.
There would be a problem, programming a new key.
It does exists emulators, to replace damaged ELV.
The early models, like your 2005 might be different.
I guess the US members, would have more experience with this type of vehicles.

Don't see too often in UK these older ones but had to do spare key via eeprom and Tango.
Suggest using different chip and investing in more equipment.
It's always possible diagnostics has buggered the skim. Certainly recall a warning on Abrites
Worth trying a diff chip n say Tango

You all guys right.
I already ordered genuine chip to retry, also it may need some synchro, but I have no device can do it.
Xhorse does not recognise the dump when is 0 keys. Autel does recognize it but I dont trust it.
Can someone write the one (any) key to this dump with Tango and posted back, than I will dump it with xhorse, genuine chip.
This is 4E64 chip.

Thanks mate. Thats my fault. I forget to tell that, this is Motorala MC68HC908AZ32A which is 512, and you right if you put 24C02 it show corrupted.
I think my dump is corrupted anyways when I read the pin for the first time via OBD.

Another info I managed to find the system get locked if 3 times wrong pin or multiple time ignition on/off with unporgrammed key, than waiting time 1h with ignition on.

Thanks for not advising to put battery stabilizer:)
The issue was the time counter 1h with ignition on.
All dumps are good, thank you for your help.
