Hello,
I'd like to ask for help with IMMO OFF for this ECU. Car key was lost so a new ignition lock with matching key was installed. I desoldered and read internal 29F400 FLASH with TL866. The file is in the attachment. Do I need to do anything with the ST95P08 EEPROM too? Also am I right to disconnect the immobox after changes to flash to start the car?
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for the file. Car starts and runs without issue. But the MIL is on. There is DTC U1600 - Electronic key. It cannot be deleted. Any idea how to solve it?

I also got attached file from member Pelicanautos over at mhhauto (I hope forum crosstalk is allowed here). It doesn't show any errors, the MIL light is OFF, at least when the engine is running at idle. Immediately when I hit the gas pedal the MIL light pops ON, but there are no errors in the DTC memory. The light stays ON until I shut the engine down and start it again.

But I would still need a immobox with matching transponder, right? I do not have it. I have ECU with matching immobox, but no transponder.

Yes, I am aware of that. I just don't get how the virgin eeprom takes care of the DTCs. Either way, I will try it, thank you for your help!

I am employed and I repair industrial electronics for living. On the side I repair game consoles. I don't consider myself a leech. I share all the information I can with people around me and in forums. Car electronics is something I rarely help my friend with - he is a mechanic. I am not doing it for money, I don't get any. I am perfectly fine if someone in this forum tells me that he will not help me. I respect that.
I also think that you are right. If the number of "thanks" someone receives says he is valuable member of community, then people like you deserve tens of thousands. I might have not been generous with "thanks" I give. But you surely deserve mine. Because you were correct.
I did make the eeprom virgin. The car starts, there is again no need to connect immobox and no DTCs are now present. Thank you for your help, sir.
