Actia Multi Diag

Hello all, i just completed the download of this wonderful software but could not get my Cardaq Plus to work with it. Anyone ready to help me? Also, if its not possible cani get a link to where i can the Actia pass-through cable to buy, original or clone as long as it works.

CarDAQ is passthru device, Multi Diag is not a passthru program only the interface is passthru, you can only use Actia PassThru XS interface.

Is there an utility to change Serial # or flash firmware of Actia PassThru XS+ VCI originally sold as J2534 device to work with Multi-Diag software?

Multi-Diag software won't work with this J2534 passthru VCI version due to different firmware or serial #!

I think this version was sold only as passthru device and cannot be used with Multi Diag software, there was a post regarding this made not long ago but cannot find it:(

Is there a dump firmware from working Actia PassThru VCI available?
If anyone have it please upload so I can try to change my J2534 Actia PassThru XS+ VCI to work with Multi-Diag software.
I'll have to remove my VCI Eprom, use Eprom programmer to change it, resoder & try!
