1.8t awt swap can you eco off pls

Hello, i made 7.5me swap to 1.8t aeb and i need modify my ecu for this operation.
In my opinion it need to be turn off second lambda, sai, egr, variator and others if it's needed.
My ecu is 4b0906018cg 026107215
