M8?s does anyone has a special technic to remove the pink rubber covering Siemens SL96 PCB board ECU?

That's really hard, i have one of these and is faulty (dead), won?t start the car, or even comunicate with diag software.

I heard somewhere the problem is th ignition coil that damages some transistor inside ECU, anyone knows what really happens and how to fix it?

I would be very happy to fix it, even for knoledge, ECU is from Citroen Xsara I 1.4i
