Iveco edc16c39 DTCs removed in file appeared again

Hello , attached is BDM read Iveco Daily edc16c39 0281012193, there are 3 dtcs disabled in flash but appeared again. Can somebody help to remove them?

1. 0281 - P0403
2. 0389 - P0490
3. 0289 - P0489

Solved with another BDM file
