Key programming e46 ews3 wrong fixed and random code

Hello, i've found a problem while programming a new key to an E46. it has ews3, but all the 3 programmed transponders with ak90 in different slots have the same problem, All don't start the car because the fixed and random code are supposedly wrong.

the only key working is the number 4 on xprog or number 3 on pasoft, which came with the car.

i'm using ak90 as always have done for ews and never happened nothing similar. it seams it writes wrong codes..

somene can help me?
