transporter t6 cluster swap

hello
I have transporter T6 with water damaged cluster so I need to swap custer
cluster VDD NEC+24c64
original cluster is touch by''professionals'' and somebody cut few lines on ori cluster pcb also NEC is damaged so I can't get immo data

is it possible to get immodata only from eeprom?

or can we get it from ECU ?Delphi 6.2

You cannot get immo data from only cluster eeprom.
Maybe just use ODIS to adapt a used cluster to the car?
