Thanks for the effort, but this list is more than 10 years old and quit incomplete. Since the latest changes in 2007 we now have more than 4000 generic OBD2 codes.
I haven't found a complete list yet, but I use this website: DTCSearch.com - Search Engine for OBD-II Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) (http://www.dtcsearch.com/)
If you feel the need, you can compile a list from this website, but don't forget the U-codes.
