Hello....

i face a problem to read correct an ecu from BMW f650gs with Ktag (clone)...... (0261 209 392 BMSKP 7 722 567)

i use protocol 136(ktag suggest that too when i use wrong...)

I make 3 reading in the row and always i have a tiny differences.... (first time happens that with my Ktag....I use svag DDL)

i see in ktag the mpc is the MPC562 and flash M58BW016DB and in ecu i have the right mpc but M58BW016FB....

any info???? (the major flash looks ok... and i forget to mention i use bdm adapter for reading....)

Looks like bad tool to me.
Try more stable voltage or rework it.

also M58BW016DB and M58BW016FB are compatible, both have parameter blocks located at the bottom and have a boot block architecture with an array of 8 parameter blocks of 64 Kb each and 31 main blocks of 512 Kb each

thanks...

but as already said, my ktag is already reworked for many years now......

maybe i should look for a specific compartment that causes the problem?

You can try carefully examining every wire on cable you use to connect it, ktag adapter wiring, cold solder spots on board connector..
my guess is you get wrong readings due of wiring problem.. but I'm no expert, of course some failing componenet on board might be responsible as well.. but always try checking from simplest things.
