A very affordable solution for
24cxxx and others you have here, but have to buy a DIP8 adapter to SOIC8:

24Cxx, 93Cxx and 25xxx Serial Eeprom programmer E-EPROM on eBay (end time 21-Feb-10 20:38:22 GMT) (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=310196473151&ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT)

Also willem gq-4x is a good affordable solution, and cover to much more devices, also cover flash eeprom like 29f400, again you have to use adapters.

MCUmall Electronics Inc. A low cost EPROM EEPROM Atmel PIC I2C SPI programmer online store (http://www.mcumall.com/comersus/store/comersus_viewItem.asp?idProduct=4282)

UPA-USB (UUSP), has someone said it's a must have, covers also a wide range for automotive EEPROMS, i think no need to introduce, you have to be smart to create your own adapters/clips
