Audi A6 EDC17C46 rise up RPM

Hi friends. I need help to raise up RPM on this Audi for 60 RPM at idle. Not possible with diagnostic tool. ECU is 0 281 017 944 Bosch 03L 906 018 HA Audi A6 2.0 TDI EDC 17C46. Ori flash file attached.

Not work, when engine its on working temperature, it work same as before change.
