Mercedes smart start problem

Guys

I ve a issue. I don t have any experinece with smart car 454 from 2007
Car comes to me with broeken front left sam
Client ordered one from dealer.
I ve replaced. Tried to adapt ECM and Sam with avdi. Get massage succeded.
Car start one time then no more.
If i check any learned keys in memory. I see 0 keys learned.
Tried to learn keys, get message key kearned but stil 0 keys in memory.
Anyone can guide me the right direction.
May be the right way is to learn sam online.

on 454 I´m using KD Keys...
never had issues until now...

try key coding under colt in mitsi software on avdi and not under smart if not already tried this .

i had one a few weeks ago that avdi failed on , smart pro got the job done , 1st one abrites failed me on .

had no issues using kd keys on these with avdi or smart pro but must be nb keys and not b series with seperate chip

If need to generate transponder do I need only id46 pcf7941 or 7936 under mitsubishi?

Hello, generate a smart 454 key from benz menu in keydiy. It works good. Use nb multi. Also as others said, go trough mitsubishi colt. I had success with obdstar...

generate an nb multi function remote key under mitsubishi - colt - 2006 to 2012 on KD , will work spot on as will benz- smart 433 as same key.

you can use a chip only with no remote , but needs to be a dedicated 46 chip for mitsubishi colt , 3d sell this chip as TP51 https://3dgroupuk.com/product/view/TP51
