hi i 've golf 7 with cluster fault
10485828-internal control module check sum error
b200041 general cecksum faliture

part number it's 5g1920790

i see thet on this video it's possible repair this fault by reflash cluster with original flash https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pyNenkqJPxU

there are someone can check if for my cluster it's possible do same job?
i can buy odis engenering od vag iDEX for programming teht and i can pay for help.
i need to know if it's possible and find someone can help me.

every mdoule is updatapbe
1st - you need to be sure is a SW issue, and have proper file

hw working good check-sum error in my experience in ecu and cluster always it's sw problem.
where i can find original flash for reflashing it with odis?

I have a car (Golf7) here with same problem, same part number. There is no update file for this part number. I tried ODIS online coding/parametrizing/aption, reset CP, all without success. Some clusters are updatable with firmware-update Headunit (MIB2). Already tried. But newest version for MIB2 in my software-train doesnt contain update files for this cluster. At this moment I cant see any solution for this. Only change the whole cluster to a new one. I gave it up at the moment.

hi mate thanks for share wour experience.
i know thet with odis online we can't fix thet.
but as you can see in video from youtube with complete reflash we can fix thet.
but i can't found original flash file.
if i will found thet i can buy vag iDEX or odis engeneering.
but without original flash we can't do nothing with this sw.
