Mercedes Sprinter dash ---------- 2008

Hi experts!
Need help please!
I have mercedes sprinter 2008 here.
When turn key on first time can see km, after that km is --------!
I have read the VIN number in ezs and dash, is the same!
But something is missing here!
The client don´t now what´s happened!
Any help is apprecieted!
I have here my reads!
If someone can do something I can pay for this! ( good solutions sure )
