Ford Focus Visteon dash dead

Hi all.

I have here this dash, client car stay all the night with ig on, and this morning dash is dead. I tried read MCU but this is dead show BKGD error. I bought a donor dash, but i need syncro with ecu and then reprogram keys. Keys not problem, but ecu syncro can be done via obd with autel, obdstar? i dont have for original interface. Or if i posted both dump, dash and ecu can syncro here? Thanks in advance

Heating MCU i read this 1 time, but seems dump not correct. effi don't recognize this, but maybe can extract syncro? Here file.

My fault, I have this opened with Ford All In One, then effi didnt recognized this. File seems ok. Thanks mate
