Opel PANEL problem

Opel Signum,radio CDR 2005 VDO 2004y.
The car was bought so that immediately after switching on, only the message PANEL is displayed and it will not work. I thought that the display and radio should be adjusted, so i read the eeprom on the radio and the display. If anyone can help? Thanks in advance@all

It says PANEL because it has a fault, replace or repair.... not coded to the car

Hi.
Check the electrical connection between the panel and the main board.

"PANEL" refers to the clip off keypad on a CCRT2008. The eeprom dump or panel is from another unit. I'm not sure if CDR2005 has this feature. It normally has a unique resistor on one of the keypad pins. Check around your keypad.
