Clone MED 17.3.0 Fiat 500

Hi friends. I was read one Fiat 500 ecu MD17.3.0 with hardware version 2 with KTM bench, read and write without problem. Second ecu with same Bosch number and same software number in flash but different hardware version 1 i am read okay flash and eeprom part but on writing, in erasing sector 3 ecu was become dead. Power supply in ecu is okay but TC1724 do not identify self no more. Not any tool on market can not connect anymore on ecu. My question is: Its anyone try to clone this type of ecu ? It have TC1724 inside. I want to buy second hand ecu and write software from dead ecu.

Actually i was get 2 ecu-s with same Bosch numbers and same software version inside ecu. First ecu connection was with GPT1 pin on connector B pin 13. This ecu i was read and write without problem. But this ecu was damaged with water and car start and work, but it have one DTC, what owner ask me to disable. And i am disabled. This ecu was with tuned software. Second ecu was new ecu which owner buy it and installed in car. And this ecu work perfect, but owner want to copy map from original tuned ecu to new ecu. Second (new ecu) was with connection of GPT1 on pin 1 of connector B. This ecu i was full read without problem, but on writing flash and erasing sector 3, ecu become dead.
Now i need used ecu to write software from old original ecu or from new ecu, i do not care, just to get ecu which will work in car. Ecu numbers are 0 261 S17 574 and car is Fiat 500 Abarth 1.4 petrol turbo 2016 year.

I am buy used ecu (scrapyard) with different Bosch numbers. I did not find ecu with same numbers as mine, so i buy with different numbers.
