BMW E36 320i Ecu Replacment

Hi all, i have problems with stock ecu part number 0261200402 red label. Car wont start, i have only one DTC code 81 (DWA).
Can i buy other ecu without immo or alarm system. plug and play?

Hello. I have find solution, only need to disable alarm system and the car start fine.
