Land Rover Discovery AKL problem

Hello everyone, i have Land Rover Discovery 2016 akl situation. Someone try programm key by obd without success. I program key to kvm module by vvdi2 and vvdi prog, remote work but dont start the car. I try key by xhorse copy id and dont work. Now i have bcm and try write key to emergency start car, but vvdi2 cant recognize dflash. Someone can check my kvm and bcm data. Sorry for my poor english .

Write this file to the BCM and the car will start with emergency procedure.

One can write keys to CJB via OBD2
Its very strange that the keyless works but will not start vehicle as the KVM has no independant comms it 100% takes instruction from CJB and via CJB
